Babu sabani a tasakanin Malamai cewa yin tabligi a bayan liman ba tare da wata bukata ta Shari’ah ba bidi’ah ce a bar kyama.
Shaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah ya ce cikin Majmuu’ul Fataawaa 23/403 ((. : )). Ma’ana: ((Amma Tabligi bayan liman ba tare da wata bukata ba hakan bidi’ah ce ba mustahabbah ba a bisa ittifakin Shugabanni. Abin da aka sani Liman ne zai rika bayyanar da kabbara kamar yadda Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah da Khalifofinsa suka kasance suna yi. Babu koda mutum guda da ya kasance yana yin tabligi a bayan Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah, sai dai a lokacin da Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah ya yi rashin lafiya sautinsa ya yi rauni Abubakar Allah Ya kara masa yarda ya kasance yana jiyar da kabbararsa. Hakika Malamai sun yi sabani game da cewa: Ko sallar mai yin tabligi tana baci? A bisa zantuka biyu cikin mazhabar Malik da Ahmad da wasunsu)).
Saboda abin da muka ji yanzu yana kyau al’ummarmu su sanya girmama sunnar Manzon Allah cikin dukkan ayyukansu na ibadah, su daure su daina yin tabligi a lokacin da mamu ke jin kabbarorin limaminsu, wannan ita ce Sunnah ta Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah da babu sabani a cikinka adai gurin Malamai ba murakkaban jahilai ba.
Lalle muna sane da cewa wasu awaam su kan kafa hujja da cewa: Ai a Kasar Saudiyya ma ana yin tabligi, tunda kuwa haka babu ta yadda za a ce tabligi bidi’ah ce! A gaskiya irin wannan magana babu hujja a cikinta a dai gurin masu ilmin Musulunci; musamman ma ida aka san abubuwa kamar haka:-
1. Zatin ayyukan da za a gani ana yin su a kasar Saudiyyah ba ya zama hujjah ta Shari’ah, sai in su ayyukan sun dace da Shari’ah tukun, in har sun dace da Shari’ah to a lokacin ne za su zama hujja ba don zatinsu ba, a’a sai don dacewarsu da Shari’ah kawai.
2. Masallatai a kasar Saudiyya wadanda suke karkashin lurar hukuma ana kiyasta yawansu da dubbai ne, to amma babu inda ake yin tabligi sai a masallatai biyu kawai daga cikinsu; watau masallacin Haram na Makka, da masallacin Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah na Madinah; su kuwa wadannan masallatai biyun ana yin tabligin ne a cikinsu ko dai saboda hukuma tana ganin girman da suke da shi da miliyoyin jama’a da ke salla a cikinsu a lokaci guda zai dace a ce a samu wani mai jiyar da muriyar liman saboda ta yiwu wasu mamun su kasa jin muryar liman saboda yawan mutane. In kuma wannan shi ne zai zama hujjar hukuma to kuwa lalle hujja ce mai matukar rauni; domin a dai halin da ake ciki na yin amfani da loudspeaker dukkan wani mai jin sautin Muballigi to kuwa lalle yana jin sautin shi kansa Liman din; wannan shi ne ya sa Malamai da dama suke cewa yin wannan tabligi na Haramaini sam badaidai ba ne. Ko kuwa muce ta yiwu ita hukuma tana nan tana kokarin kauda wannan bidi’ar ma ta tabligi kamar yadda ta yi kokari ta kauda wasu bidi’o’in da a da ake yin su a cikin haramin Makkah; watau kamar kauda bidi’ar yin salla daya tare limamai hudu na shahararrun mazhabobin da ake da su.
3. Koma dai mene dalilin da ya sa ake yin tabligi har yanzu a masallatai biyun nan kawai a kasar Saudiyya, wannan ba zai taba zama hujja ta Shari’ah ba wacce saboda ita ce za a bar Sunnah Tarkiyyah ta Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah.
Allah muke roko har kullum da Ya dora mu a kan abin da yake shi ne daidai koda kuwa mafi yawan jama’a ba a kansa suke ba. Ameen.
